Sofie has over 20 years of experience in corporate communication, change and transformation, both in executive roles and as an interim manager in complex organizational environments.

She supports organizations and leadership teams during growth, restructuring and transition, focusing on internal alignment, leadership communication and stakeholder engagement. Sofie combines strategic advice with hands-on execution, supporting implementation across all levels of the organization.

Her expertise includes corporate and internal communication, crisis management, branding and organizational coaching. She has held senior positions at organizations such as Voka, Essent Belgium, BASE Company (Telenet Group), bpost and the Flemish Government, alongside various interim and consultancy assignments.

Sofie holds a Bachelor in Communication & PR and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. She has certifications in change management (Prosci), agile communication and digital strategy and is ICF-certified coach, trained in systemic coaching and Deep Democracy.

She is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
