Andrew Cave has over two decades of experience at the highest levels of government, politics, and business across the UK, EU, and internationally. ​

​He specializes in strategic communications, policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management. As Head of Policy, Public Affairs, and Communications for the UK’s largest business trade association, Andrew led key policy initiatives during the Great Recession. At the EU level, he has managed complex legislative advocacy campaigns and supported NGOs with media engagement. ​

​His career includes advising C-suite leaders of S&P 100 companies and serving as Head of Communications for Europe at PMI.​

​As a UK citizen living in Brussels, he is active both in the UK and on the EU scene. His working language is English.​
